Introduction

Raccog (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds an AI site builder, the publishing that hosts what you build, and custom AI automation. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website, products and services (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

02

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information: name, email address, username and profile picture (the last when you sign in with Google).
  • Contact information: name, email, phone number, company website and anything else you write in our contact form.
  • Builder content: the prompts you write, the files and documents you upload as context, and the pages, sites and workflows generated from them.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: browser type, operating system and device identifiers.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed and referring URLs.
  • Cookies: essential cookies only, for authentication and session management.

03

How we use it

We use what we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the Services.
  • Register your account, host what you publish and manage your plan.
  • Answer your questions and provide support.
  • Send necessary account mail — a welcome note, build results, security notices.
  • Measure usage against your allowance and analyse patterns to improve the product.
  • Enforce our terms and prevent misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

04

Prompts, generated pages and AI providers

When you use the builder or an automation, your prompt and any files you attach are sent to third-party model providers for processing. We store the resulting pages and the history of your changes so a project can be reopened, versioned and undone.

  • Builder content is tied to your account, or to a guest identifier before you sign up.
  • You can delete a project, or your whole account, at any time from your profile.
  • We do not use your content to train our own models.
  • A page you choose to publish is public by design — anything you put in it is visible to anyone with the address.

05

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers: third parties that process data on our behalf — database hosting, model providers, object storage and email delivery.
  • Legal requirements: where required by law, court order or a governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

06

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted transmission over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Password-less sign-in with one-time codes.
  • OAuth 2.0 for Google sign-in.
  • Regular security reviews and updates.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

How long we keep it

  • Account data: kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Projects and page history: kept until you delete the project or close your account.
  • Published sites: served until you unpublish them or delete the project.
  • Guest data: sign-in codes and guest sessions expire automatically, usually within minutes.
  • Contact form messages: kept in our mail system for support purposes.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to certain kinds of processing.

Export and deletion are available directly from your profile. For anything else, write to hello@raccog.com.

09

Third-party services

The Services rely on these providers:

  • Google OAuth — sign-in.
  • AI model providers — generating pages, automations and summaries.
  • MongoDB Atlas — data storage.
  • Object storage — uploaded files and generated assets.

Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

10

Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we delete it promptly if we learn we have.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
