1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Raccog (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including Raccog AI, MeRM, and any related AI agents, tools, or websites (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Raccog provides AI-powered tools and software, including:

  • Raccog AI: An AI assistant for answering questions, providing information, and automating workflows.
  • MeRM: An AI-integrated relationship management platform.
  • Custom AI Agents: Purpose-built AI solutions for business workflows.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

  • You may create an account using email (OTP verification) or Google OAuth.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Use the AI tools to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Services beyond normal usage.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.

5. Usage Limits

  • Guest users: 3 free prompts per session.
  • Registered users: 10 free prompts per day.
  • File uploads are limited to 2MB per file.

We may adjust these limits at any time. Abuse of usage limits may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, branding, logos, code, and design of the Services are owned by Raccog and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services (prompts, files, messages). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raccog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
